How we work
* 1TRACT only applies to real estate closings involving county register's offices that allow electronic searching of public land title records.
** The Sellers and Buyers of real estate involved in the closing transaction each pay a one-time fee for this service. The fee is collected by the settlement agent at the closing of the conveyance transaction. After closing, the agent disburses payment to 1TRACT similar to other settlement pay-offs. If requested, additional value-added services provided by 1TRACT, such as final title policy preparation, may be be subject to a fee billed separately, subject to mutual agreement.
